Laguna Beach is small resort seaside city located in the southern part of Orange county, California. It has a population of approximately 23,000 people. This is an artist community and there are a number of art events held there each summer. Popular events are the Sawdust Art festival, Pageant Of Masters and Art-A–Fair.
